TORONTO / DUBLIN
We depart Toronto for Dublin, Ireland on an overnight flight via Air Transat Wide body Airbus 300. Transat boasts of having the newest Trans-Atlantic Airbus fleet. Inflight service includes hot meals, imported wines and the most current in flight movies and music. You must use your credit card for alcoholic drinks and duty free on the plane.
SATURDAY, AUGUST 4, 2018
CAMDEN COURT HOTEL
We land in Dublin this morning, the Capital of Ireland. After going through immigration and customs we are met by our Driver/Guide for the week, Mick Nolan. We will then stop at the Airport Bank to exchange Euros.
We head to the city center after departing the airport, a short 20 minute drive.
Later this morning you will enjoy a panoramic city tour of Dublin and the sights of Dublin City, including the statue lined O’Connell Street and the many elegant Georgian Squares with the colorful doors… Trinity College… Phoenix Park with its gas lamps…. St. Patrick’s Cathedral, just to name a few of Europe’s busiest city’s attractions.
Tonight you will want to visit one Dublin’s famous pubs O’Donoghues, O’Neills Pub, or The Brazen Head. Maybe you will want to visit the Temple Bar area, Dublin’s Left Bank and Entertainment District. The pedestrian cobblestone streets are filled with restaurants and busy pubs.

DUBLIN / KILLARNEY - ARBUTUS HOTEL - BREAKFAST/ DINNER
After departing Dublin we head south west and our 1st stop will be County Cork into the small Village of Blarney. Here you have the opportunity to visit the Blarney castle to receive the “gift of eloquence” for all those who partake. You will have the opportunity to visit the world famous Blarney Woolen Mills which will give you the chance for great buys on crystal, Belleek, tweeds, linens, and knitwear. We continue west where we arrive in the magical town of Killarney- Everyone’s Favorite Irish Town.
Tonight don’t miss the Danny Mann’s Pub where there is live music 7 nights a week with a different band every night.
MONDAY, AUGUST 6, 2018
RING of KERRY - ARBUTUS HOTEL - BREAKFAST
Today’s highlight is the breathtaking “Ring of Kerry”. The scenery includes plunging cliffs and lush lake lands, granite mountains and sandy beaches
On Kerry’s largest peninsula. There’s plenty on which to focus a camera here… stunning landscape and mountains dotted with brightly colored farmhouses. We will visit Killorglin, Waterville, the Black Mountains, and spectacular Moll’s Gap.

KILLARNEY / GALWAY - GALWAY BAY HOTEL - BREAKFAST / DINNER
After breakfast our tour takes us to the seaport town of Galway. Our 1st stop will be a visit to the unbelievable Cliffs of Moher. These magnificent cliffs rise to a height of 700 feet above the Atlantic Ocean and stretch for a distance of 5 miles along the coast.
We continue Northwest where we arrive into Galway in the late afternoon. Our hotel for the next 2 nights is the Galway Bay Hotel located directly on Galway Bay. Tonight dinner will be in the hotel dining room.
WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 8, 2018
GALWAY / CONNEMARA REGION - GALWAY BAY HOTEL - BREAKFAST
After a leisurely breakfast we spend the morning in this delightful town. In the late morning we will take a scenic tour of the Connemara Region, which is noted for its Gaelic speaking people.
We have the opportunity to visit the Connemara Marble Factory and see how this beautiful green marble is quarried and polished. We also travel through the charming Village of Cong which is the location for the 1952 movie, The Quiet Man, with John Wayne and Maureen O’Hara.
We arrive back in Galway City in the late afternoon.
Tonight why not explore Ireland’s “Youngest and most Vibrant City” and stop in at some of Galway’s best pubs, “The Quays”, The King’s Head, O’Connors Pub and Rabbitt’s to name a few.
THURSDAY, AUGUST 9, 2018
GALWAY / DONEGAL - MILL PARK HOTEL - BREAKFAST / DINNER
Depart Galway we head North to some of the most scenic areas of Ireland. We travel North through County Mayo through Sligo and visit Drumcliff Churchyard, the final resting place of famed Irish poet W.B. Yeats.
We continue North through the picturesque town of Glenties by Glenveagh Castle and National Park. Long beautiful coastlines can be seen as we travel high up the majestic mountain overlooking deep glens surrounding quaint little villages. After a day of amazing scenery, we arrive in the little town of Donegal where we will spend our next night.
Dinner will be in the hotel dining room.

DONEGAL / ARMAGH
BELFAST / DUBLIN - CITY NORTH HOTEL - BREAKFAST
Today our tour us takes west to the ancestral home of the Burke family. The village of Derrynoose County Armagh. We will visit Standing Stone, St. Mochua’s Well, the Old Chapel ruins and graveyard. The site of the medieval parish church is marked by the ruins of the church built in 1622.
We then head North to the city of Armagh the Ecclesiastic Capital of Ireland. We will have the opportunity to visit both of the St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Roman Catholic & and also Church of Ireland.
Our next stop is the capital city of Belfast. We will take a panoramic tour around Belfast to the many Victorian buildings this city is noted for.
The impressive City Hall and the shipyards where the RMS Titanic was built in 1912. Our next stop will be the Titanic Belfast Museum to learn about the ill-fated famous ocean liner through state of the art displays.
After our visit we head south back to Dublin where our tour started. Tonight you may want to relax in the hotel and maybe have your last pint or a bite to eat in the hotels Tara Lounge.

DUBLIN / TORONTO / USA
After breakfast we transfer to Dublin Airport. We will have the opportunity to do some last minute shopping at the famous duty free shop at DUBLIN AIRPORT. After a few last minute pints at Dublin Airport, we sadly bid farewell to the mystical land they call IRELAND.
